Initiated into Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated through Gamma Xi Omega Graduate Chapter of The University of Cincinnati in 2022.  Brother Quen Sandle, also known as Mr. Big Show,  is driven by a passion to help others and give back to the community. He was voted as the Treasurer of Gamma Xi Omega in 2024.
